High cocoa milk chocolate caramel chocolates made with single origin Columbia cocoa beans filled with smooth silky caramel delicately balanced with sea salt.

Milk chocolate is made in surrey from roasted cocoa beans, full cream milk powder and cocoa butter.  It is conched for over a day to produce creamy mouthfeel with a complex flavour profile, rich in caramel and intense cocoa notes.
